ABOUT US
Denise and Carrie Ann      Carrie Ann has been catering for over 25 years, both individually and with other business partners. Longtime friends with a mutual vision for a new catering business, she & Denise formed Carrie Ann & Co., Inc. in 2002. In 2005 they purchased the Mays House and began restoration of the Craftsman-style structure that was built by D. H. Mays in 1922.


      In early 2011 Denise and Carrie Ann decided to expand the business by opening Rosemary Tree, a Cafe and Gift Shop in the heart of downtown historic Monticello. These ladies are optomistic that they offer a new and different experience that will appeal to you as their customer and they invite you to drop by for a visit.
Carrie Ann and Denise are proud of their town and are both involved in the community in many ways. They and their families are members of the Monticello Opera House (Denise is also on the Board) and they also support the Opera House. They have provided the use of The Mays House and grounds for several local and regional meetings involving city or county government officials from here and other counties. They have supported several local organizations such as the Humane Society and The United Way by allowing them to utilize the Mays House and/or the grounds for fund-raising functions. Small catered events such as dinners for 2 or 4 have served as prizes in fund-raising raffles for various charitable organizations.

Carrie Ann has been an active participant in the annual Chef's Sampler every year for the past twenty years and Carrie Ann & Co. has participated since its' inception. The Chef''s Sampler is a fundraising event for the Childrens' Home Society in Tallahassee that has been held since 1985 either at the Tallahassee Mall or the Tallahassee Civic Center. More than 50 restaurants and caterers participate each year and Carrie Ann & Co. has won first place several times.
